Today’s leaders recognize that culture is a business issue. The simple definition of culture is how we do things—the unwritten but very powerful rules that inform acceptable and unacceptable behaviors and their attendant rewards and consequences. Many times the change flies in the face of the organizations’ culture, and in these cases, the culture often wins.
